Kimberly Hosley received her bachelor of arts degree cum laude from Stetson University, majoring in Economics, International Studies, and Political Science. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Emory University School of Law and clerked for Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Law Judge Marcy Louza during her time at Emory.
Since 2015, Hosley has represented Englert and The Orlando Law Group, both in the courtroom and in the community. Her areas of legal experience include transactional real estate, real estate litigation, contract disputes, employment law, general civil litigation, premises liability, and the legal needs of children.
She is currently President of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. Ms. Hosley is Immediate Past President of the Board of Trustees of the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, and immediate past chair of the Florida Bar Legal Needs of Children Committee and still is an active member of that committee. She is also an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and has served as chair of its Professionalism Committee, and is a member of The George C. Young First Central Florida American Inn of Court.
For over a decade, she has served as a pro bono guardian ad litem for children who have been adjudicated dependent due to abuse or neglect. The proud daughter and granddaughter of veterans, she has been a member of the American Legion Auxiliary for over 20 years.
