Help for Your Non-Profit is Here!

You started your charity to help change the world – or at least a small part of your community. After countless hours of hard work and a significant investment to start it, your non-profit organization is making a difference. People are contributing and volunteering, inspired by your desire to help. However, as your charity grows so does the risk to your mission.

Ask yourself these questions:

  1. Are you protected from an injury to a volunteer?
  2. What happens if someone you are trying to help gets angry?
  3. Did you correctly register your charity with the state and federal government?
  4. Have you established a set of bylaws for the organization to operate?
  5. Is your charity protected from someone who wants to steal your idea?
  6. Are your finances transparent and protected from accusations?
  7. Are you personally protected from liability?
  8. Can your non-profit continue to operate if you can’t run it?
  9. Do you have the right non-profit human resource documents and are you following them?
  10. Are you protected from volunteers or staff slandering you after leaving?

If you don’t know the answers to these questions and more, then our Non-Profit Boot Camp is for you!
