Jennifer A. Englert

Known for a caring heart, as well as a drive to make a difference, Jennifer Englert is the driving force behind The Orlando Law Group as it enters its second decade serving the Central Florida community. Englert is the managing partner and founder of OLG. For over 15 years, she has focused on business disputes, business law, general civil litigation, special needs & education law, family law, personal injury, and real estate. She has represented entities and individuals in both federal and state trial and appellate courts.

Jeffrey W. Smith

Jeffrey W. Smith is an attorney with The Orlando Law Group — a position he has held since April 2015. He handles all aspects of legal practice. He also practices in estate planning document preparation, Social Security disability, foreclosure defense, civil litigation, homeowners association and member representation, adoption, debt collection defense, and contract disputes.

Cameron White

Cameron White is an experienced business and real estate attorney who was a golf professional prior to law school; broad transactional background with a focus in business and real estate transactions, including commercial and residential sales, purchases, leases, financing, and loan workouts and restructuring, as well as experience with intellectual property including licensing and trademarks. Representative clients include private investors, golf course owners/operators, developers, lenders, and business owners. He continues to build his practice by fostering and nurturing meaningful, congenial relationships. Interests include family, golf, community involvement.

M. Florence King

Florence King brings a unique blend of skills, abilities along with 13 year of legal experience in the area of community association law. She has an educational foundation in business management, accounting and computer science, and has had the privilege of working on all aspects of an association from working with the Developer to create the Associations, working with Association to resolve their issues including collections and covenant enforcements.

Cherice Fleming-Togun

Cherice Fleming Togun returned to the legal field after working in a nonprofit organization and recruitment for ten years. After joining the team at The Orlando Law Group, PL five years ago, she began managing the collections for the homeowners’ association clientele. She is readily available to answer board member concerns and facilitate communication between the homeowners and management companies. Ms. Fleming Togun also provides the monthly status reports and monitors all files in litigation and collections with the firm and helps keep costs to a minimum for the association. Ms. Fleming Togun is also fluent in Portuguese and speaks basic Danish and Spanish and lives in East Orlando with her family.
